In industrial automation, the pneumatic triplex (consisting of an air filter, pressure reducing valve, and lubricator) is a critical component for ensuring stable pneumatic system operation. 1. Core selection parameters

Interface size

Select the appropriate connection diameter according to the gas connection requirements. Common interface sizes include G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, G1/2, G3/4, G1, etc. Ensure that the triplex interface matches the existing gas pipeline.

Flow rate requirement

Flow rate is a key parameter. The total required flow rate of the back-end pneumatic components (solenoid valves and cylinders) must be calculated to determine the diameter size.

Filter accuracy

Select accuracy according to air quality requirements. Common specifications: 5μm, 10μm, 25μm, 50μm. In dusty environments, higher-precision filters should be selected.

Choose manual or automatic drainage. Automatic drainage is easier to maintain and suitable for large systems or hard-to-reach locations.
