    Precautions

    To ensure the long-term stable operation and optimal performance of the ANITV series electro-proportional valves, please strictly adhere to the following air supply preparation and usage guidelines:
    I. Air Supply Cleanliness Requirements
    A filter with a filtration accuracy ≤5μm and an oil mist separator (oil remover) must be installed upstream of the valve to ensure the supplied compressed air is clean and dry. Installing an oil mist separator upstream of the valve is strictly prohibited.

    II. Pressure Holding Characteristics

    1. When the valve is pressurized and power is cut off, the outlet pressure can be maintained briefly, but it will gradually decrease over time due to leakage, making long-term pressure maintenance impossible.

    2. If power is lost during control due to an outage or other reason, the outlet pressure can be maintained at the pre-power-off state once; if the outlet side is subsequently connected to the atmosphere, the pressure will continuously drop to atmospheric pressure.

    III. Power and Air Supply Start-up and Shutdown Sequence
    If the air supply is cut off while the valve is powered on, the internal electromagnetic components may produce abnormal buzzing due to no-load operation, potentially shortening their lifespan. Always adhere to the operating sequence of cutting off the power supply first, then the air supply.

    IV. Residual Pressure Handling (for ANITV2000/ANITV3000 series)
    After the valves in this series are closed, a residual pressure of ≤0.005MPa may remain on the outlet side. To completely depressurize to zero, please install a three-way valve at the outlet for venting.

        A: Yes. By regulating the valve opening proportionally, it can control both output pressure and flow rate, depending on your system configuration and feedback setup.
      • Q: What air preparation is required before the valve?

        A: Clean, dry air is critical. You must install a 5μm or finer filter and an oil remover (coalescing filter) upstream. Do NOT install lubricators before the valve, as oil vapor can damage internal components.
