Clamping point
·The workpiece's clamping point (i.e., the distance between the clamping points) should be within the pressure-clamping force lines shown on the effective clamping force diagram.
·If the clamping point is outside the effective clamping force diagram, excessive side loads will be applied to the sliding area of the fingers, seriously reducing service life.
