| Based on the vertical installation and maximum speed of 500mm/s, it can be determined that the cylinder should be selected by referring to "Selection Curve (3)". In "Selection Curve (3)", based on the intersection of the cantilever length of 40mm and the load weight of 0.1kg, it can be determined that the cylinder with a cylinder diameter of φ20 meets the requirements. | Based on horizontal installation, maximum speed of 500mm/s, and load eccentricity of 50mm, the cylinder should be selected by referring to the "Selection Curve Chart (10)". In the selection curve chart (10), based on the intersection of the cantilever length of 30mm and the load weight of 0.1kg, it can be determined that the cylinder with a cylinder diameter of φ16 meets the requirements. | ||

FAQ
-
Q1: What applications are suitable for this cylinder?
A: The AHLH series is designed specifically for automated equipment and is widely used in: Precision assembly; electronic component processing; testing equipment; semiconductor equipment; and robotic end effectors.
-
Q2: What precautions should be taken when using this cylinder?
A: Before piping, remove any debris from the piping to prevent it from entering the cylinder. Use clean, dry air filtered through a 40μm filter or larger. In low-temperature environments, protect the cylinder from freezing. When not in use for extended periods, apply anti-rust oil to the piston rod and moving parts and apply dust caps.
