    Description

Compliant with JIS standards, with a dual-guide rod structure.

The cylinder body and front cover are secured with a C-ring and riveted to the rear cover. The piston and piston rod are also riveted, resulting in a compact and reliable design.

The inner diameter of the cylinder is honed for wear resistance and durability.

The front cover guide distance is extended for excellent guiding performance.

The compact structure effectively saves installation space.

Sensor grooves are located around the perimeter of the cylinder body for easy sensor installation.

The dual-guide rod anti-rotation structure provides excellent bending and torsion resistance, capable of withstanding large motion and lateral loads.

    Stroke

Inner diameter(mm) Standard itinerary Maximum stroke Intermediate travel range
    (mm)
    5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 50 75 100

[Note] Within the intermediate stroke range outside the standard stroke range, cylinders modified from the next higher standard stroke have the same dimensions as the cylinders in the previous standard stroke.
For example, a non-standard stroke cylinder with a stroke of 23° is modified from a standard cylinder with a stroke of 25°, and its dimensions are the same.

    FAQ

    • Q1:What is a Guide Rod Cylinder?

A: A guide rod cylinder is a type of pneumatic cylinder that includes guide rods to ensure linear motion and stability during operation. The guide rods help to minimize side loads and improve the overall performance of the cylinder. These cylinders are often used in applications where precise alignment and movement are critical, such as in pick-and-place operations and assembly tasks.
    • Q2: How is guiding accuracy guaranteed?

A: Through an extended guide seat and dual guide rod anti-rotation design, rotational accuracy is controlled within ±0.2° (inner diameter ≤ 16mm) or ±0.15° (inner diameter ≥ 20mm).
