The AAC Series air filter regulator and lubricator combo is a well-designed air combination.The filter cup is made of transparent polycarbonate,which is a high-performance engineering plastic with high transparency,strong impact resistance,sound insulation,heat insulation,flame resistance and aging resistance The filter material uses a brass filter element,which is corrosion-resistant and filters air cleaner,resulting in a longer service life for the equipment The oil mist cup provides lubrication for externally connected equipment,making it work smoother and more durable.
Air pressure regulator is a component that does work by converting the elastic energy of compressed air into kinetic energy through the force generated by gas pressure or expansion.The structure of an air compressor regulator is simple,lightweight,and easy to install and maintain.The medium is air,which is less flammable than hydraulic medium,so it is safe to use.
Suitable for use in:air compressor paint sprayer,pneumatic cylinder,badger airbrush.

Q: How should the pressure regulating valve be adjusted?
A: Typically, there is a rotatable knob on top of the pressure regulating valve. Turning the knob clockwise increases the outlet pressure, and turning it counterclockwise decreases the outlet pressure. When adjusting, please observe the pressure gauge attached to the pressure regulating valve and adjust the pressure to the specified value required by your downstream equipment. It is recommended that a slight airflow pass through the equipment during adjustment to ensure the accuracy of the set value.

Q: Does this two-piece lubrication system require lubrication? Under what circumstances can the oil mist lubricator be omitted?
A: The oil mist lubricator is an optional feature, not mandatory. If your equipment (such as some spray guns or cylinders) is designed for oilless lubrication or the working environment requires oil-free air (such as in the painting or food industries), you can run it dry without adding oil to the oil mist cup, or choose a model without an oil mist lubricator. However, for pneumatic tools that require lubrication, using an oil mist lubricator can significantly improve their efficiency and lifespan.
