FAQ
-
Q: What is the lower limit for the oil level in the oil cup?
A: When the oil level drops to the minimum oil level line (usually marked on the oil cup) or the visible oil level is below the drip line inlet, oil must be added immediately. Continuing to operate at a low oil level will lead to lubrication interruption.
-
Q: Why can't I see oil dripping through the observation window?
A: Possible reasons include:
① Low oil level: The oil level is below the inlet of the oil suction pipe.
② No oil mist generation: The airflow rate has not reached the minimum atomization flow rate required to start oil mist generation.
③ Regulating valve closed: The dripping speed adjustment knob is completely closed.
④ Oil circuit blockage: The oil suction pipe or throttling orifice is blocked.
⑤ Incorrect installation: The equipment is not installed vertically.
